I had met with multiple realtors prior to meeting Donny as I was trying to sell a home in a tough market and in a very rural area. My experience was less than overwhelming. I got the impression that realtors were unreliable, didn’t communicate, lacked integrity and were solely seeking a commission. I also was getting bad advice for pricing my home with a discrepancy of over &100,000 between the realtors I spoke too. After not getting the service I expected from using a realtor, I turned to cash buyers from a website and was immediately turned off by the low ball offers. However on one website I was referred to Donny and he offered what appeared to be an aggressive method to sell my home. Donny was very transparent where I would get multiple texts and emails from him with how the process of the listing was going. One prior realtor didn’t contact me for three weeks, but iDonny was very different and very positive with what I had previously experienced. Donny had got an offer on the first day my house was listed, which we took. Donny also got an additional offer on the following day. I had at least three showings each day, which I contribute to Donny talking with investors and other realtors. As offers came in, Donny was negotiating for the best outcome for me. Donny took less in commission than other realtors and I do believe he is the reason my house was viewed over 1500 times online within three days. I have another house that I’m trying to sell in another part of the state and have spoken to 4 other realtors regarding that property. What Donny offers with his great attitude and experience seems to be unique because I just don’t see it in the other realtors I’ve spoke too. Donny has a broad experience in tech and financial market and when you connect that with his realtor experience, it ends up making the most well rounded individual you want assisting you in one of your biggest financial decisions of your life. Donny is truly a blessing and has made me reevaluate my terrible perception I had of realtors.
